This workshop completely changed how I think about stress. I realized resilience isn’t about pushing harder, it’s exactly about learning how to recover. I left with tools I could actually use the same day.
This workshop gave me language to what I’ve been feeling for years but couldn’t explain. I finally understand my stress responses and feel more equipped to manage them instead of feeling overwhelmed by them.
